(1).  PRIVATE COTTAGE Quiet Time  10:00 pm to 8:00 am Not Allowed  any noisy or music, outside turn off light

(pool can use LIMITED Time only, (3:00 pm to 10:00 pm) -( 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM) not allowing loud noise should you respect your neighbors.

(2).  AL RAHBA VIP FARM:-please follow up the rules properly we are not allowed Smoking and alcohol, inside the Room, smoking is allowed only outside, when you are check in give up security deposit 1000 AED, refundable.

(3)  AL RAHBA HOLIDAY FARMHOUSE -(1)  :-  After 10:00 pm  Loud Music not allowed, Swimming pool can use UNLIMITED)

(4). AL RAHBA HOLIDAY FARMHOUSE. (2) :-

After 10:00 pm  Loud Music not allowed, Swimming pool can use UNLIMITED)

(5)  AL RAHBA HOLIDAY FARMHOUSE -(3)  :-  After 10:00 pm  Loud Music not allowed, Swimming pool can use UNLIMITED)

Rules And Regulations.
●     Be careful not to throw drinking water or any liquid on the bed, sofa, carpet. Otherwise, have to pay for cleaning.

●      You have to clean the house before check out. Otherwise, have to pay for cleaning.

●     Should be respected in UAE law.

●     Not unauthorized guests.(visitors not allowed for one day booking, all counted) have additional charges .

●      After coming to the farmhouse/villa, confirm your all-mentioned guest to a farmhouse/villa, in charge.

●     You have to pay security deposit after coming to villa/farmhouse or leave your ID/passport original. Refundable same day. (500/1000 AED)

●     The Authority reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time due to natural calamities or any government restrictions.

●     If anything inside the house is damaged, it has to be compensated.●     You have to take care of your children. At your own risk.

●      Swimming area in case of any accident you must take responsibility yourself, our authority will not take any responsibility.
